The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
The Recreation Attendant is responsible for overseeing all Recreation areas, pool stations and fitness center.
Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to Hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. They also transport utensils and service ware in order to provide food servers with appropriate equipment for guests’ dining experience, replenish food on hot and cold buffets, expedite and deliver food to guests’ table. Correctly describes and informs guest of food as necessary with each interaction per restaurant specifications. Restocks all dishes and utensils as they are cleaned. Cleans physical surroundings.
The Breakfast prep cook is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality product to all guests during breakfast hours.
The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
