The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.). This position is required for the PM and Overnight shift only.

This position is two-fold, part-time Breakfast Attendant and part-time Room Attendant. The Breakfast Attendant or (Club Floor Attendant) is responsible for providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The club floor attendant is responsible for the set up and maintaining of the breakfast buffet while insuring that all breakfast tables are kept clean and presentable at all times.This is a part-time position, but could become full time if willing to cross train.

The Audio Visual Technician is responsible for the setup and operation of audio and visual equipment for a variety of events and venues. The AV Tech role, requires excellent customer service skills, an understanding of audio and visual systems, and the ability to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
