The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
Restaurant Busperson serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.
The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
The purpose of the Rooms Controller Agent Position is to increase guest preference of our hotel and Highgate Hotels brand. The Rooms Controller assigns hotel rooms to guests based on their reservation and unique requests and preferences. The Rooms Controller will maintain and manage the hotel’s inventory of guest rooms while supporting front desk operations with reservation and rooms related information. Rooms Controllers are responsible for blocking VIP guests, managing Out of Order and Out of Service inventory, managing guest queue and discrepancies, performing room changes and guest follow up, managing and facilitating pre reg/pre key groups, managing all airline assignments and pre keys, managing guest upgrade requests/hotel upgrade revenue, receiving and responding to guest feedback via multiple feedback forums.

The Host person is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. Food Runner is responsible for delivery of food and assisting the servers in providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. Inaddition tagon duties of a busperson and insure that all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware and line.
The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.
The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations.
The Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and for providing current information about the local area, attractions and events. He/she is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions for restaurants, attractions and events in the area.
The House Laundry Attendant & Houseperson is responsible for washing, folding and distributing all soiled linens and towels. Delivering linen to floors, striping rooms, gathering diry linen.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel.
