The Minibar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and replenishing guest room minibars to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role includes restocking items, checking expiration dates, recording usage, and reporting any discrepancies. The Minibar Attendant provides attentive and discreet service, responds to guest requests, and ensures all minibar stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a guest-focused attitude are essential for maintaining high standards of service.
The Barback is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper stock behind the bar, as well as ensuring the best-in-class guest experience. They are also responsible for assisting the Bar staff in keeping the bar organized for an efficient flow of service throughout their shift. In addition, the position supports the bar area and ensures the lobby market is consistently restocked, organized, and presented to standard.
