The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Hotel Operations Intern will gain hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a hotel, with rotations through key departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates interested in building a career in hospitality operations and hotel leadership. The intern will work alongside hotel leaders and department teams to better understand how each area contributes to the guest experience, associate engagement, financial performance, and overall success of the hotel.

The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

Being able to multi task is critical along with handling a very large work load. Time management is key is this role. He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting.

The Kitchen Supervisor will also effectively and proactively monitor the daily organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided to all hotel guests.
