The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring proper review, timely processing and communicating of all disbursements in accordance with Highgate Hotel’s policies and procedures.
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.
The Area Group Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
The Banquet Porter is responsible for the set-up, refresh, tear down and maintenance of all meeting space.
The Luau Show Female Dancer will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager and work in conjunction with the Luau Show Line captains to assist with the daily operations of the Luau Show. An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director. The Luau Show Female Dancer provides professional authentic Hawaiian/Polynesian songs, dances or skits, performances before, during and after the show. Provides excellent guest experience.
The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
