The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division.  In the absence of the Director, the assistant will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.

 The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.

The Barista/Outlet Cashier is responsible for the preparation of the Market Grab and Go confecctions, accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.). Starting $15.00 p/h

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Safety and Security Supervisor is responsible for directing the day-to-day operation of the Safety and Security department, providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel rules and regulations.

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our Fairfield Joliet and Residence Inn and Courtyard Bloomingdale properties. The Sales Manager will be in Joliet 3 days poer week and 2 days in Bloomindale. Travel will be required. The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.

 The Luau Show Emcee is responsible to provide the narration of the story line including before, during and after each song and dance performance.  This narration will be scripted by the Luau Artistic Director. The Luau Emcee will also be responsible to sing designated musical selections during the Luau Show. An integral part of their responsibility is maintaining the performance standards as directed by the Luau Artistic Director and will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager to maintain the quality of the Luau Show.

The Activation/Recreations Ambassador is a multifaceted position responsible for various duties throughout the property. Activations/Recreations Ambassadors work directly with the Venue Manager to assist during special events/functions at the pool and other hotel venues. The responsibilities include but not limited to; Assuring the pool area are clean and furniture is properly setup at all times, provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, including successfully resolving guest request, throughout their stay, while maximizing revenue and occupancy.
