The House Attendant (On-Call) is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Utlity House Attendant (On-Call) is responsible for maintaining Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas, Business Center, Fitness Center, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, driveways, and any other public spaces. May also be required to complete special cleaning assignments and perform Room Attendant and House Attendant duties as necessary.
The Club Floor Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The club floor attendant is responsible for the set up and maintaining of the breakfast buffet while insuring that all breakfast tables are kept clean and presentable at all times.
The Hostperson Part- Time is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.
The Kitchen Steward/Cleaner full time / part time is responsible for the cleaning operation in all Food and Beverage areas, and is also expected to to maintain an acceptable level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the Food and Beverage areas, in accordance with the Department of Environmental & Health Services.
The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Support the Human Resource Department in daily administrative functions. Assist Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager with key responsibilities for both offices, which includes new hire administration, employee relations, training and communications.
The Food Runner is responsible for assisting the servers in providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The Food Runner must insure that all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware and linen.
The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.
The Barista will perform several job duties and provide customer service.The Barista will take orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications. Baristas also operate cash registers and credit card machines.
The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, or other sweet goods. Your skill in baking high-quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop amazing new tastes and recipes. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing the cost/production ratio.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for maximizing Rooms revenue through management of the hotel’s room inventory, and for assisting in supervision of the day-to-day activities and duties of the Reservations Department.
