The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Lead Light and Sound manages, coordinates and executes all the technical elements of the Lights and Sound for the Luau Show stage production. The Light and Sound Manager will work under the Direction of the Luau Artistic Director and will be responsible for hiring, coordinating, coaching, counseling and supervising and directing the Lights and Sound Staff. The Lights and Sound Manager will work in conjunction with the Luau Stage Manager The Lead Light and Sound will also be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, supervising, and directing the Lights and Sound staff. This person is also be responsible for the set up and/or breakdown of the light and sound systems for the Luau Show.
The Luau Show Female Dancer will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager and work in conjunction with the Luau Show Line captains to assist with the daily operations of the Luau Show. The Luau Show Female Dancer provides professional authentic Hawaiian/Polynesian songs, dances or skits, performances before, during and after the show. Provides excellent guest experience.
Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and operational support for the entire Food & Beverage and Culinary team. You are responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for ensuring the key functions of payroll processing, cash handling, and accounts receivable processing and collections, are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
The Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations.
The Engineer, Level 2 is responsible for insuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees.
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
The PM Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive public guest areas and facilities throughout the hotel, while following company standards and safety procedures. Nights and Weekends Required.

The Public Space attendant will not be servicing guest rooms, they will be servicing all of the hotel's public spaces as the cleanliness expert, making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotel; following all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.
