The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

Also responsible for setting up their stations including opening, running, and closing side work. He/she must have an indepth knowledge of the specialty wine, and food options within the Wonder Club. This includes assisting guests with the wine cruvinet system as well as servicing the Wonder Bar, Wonder Lounge, and Wonder Pool. The Outlet Ambassador is responsible for the general maintenance and cleaniness including clearing tables and providing exceptional customer service to all Wonder Club guests. As needed the Outlet Ambassador may also assist Wonder Club guests with general folio inquiries and support.

A Starbucks barista is responsible for multiple tasks through out the day while maintaining customer satifisfaction with guests and groups within the outlet/hotel.
Restaurant Busperson serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.

He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
