The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting the Director of Finance in maintaining accurate and timely financial resporting; ensuring acceptable levels of internal control; ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and Highgate Hotels Standard Operating Procedures; and safeguarding owners/investors assets. For this role, the emphais is placed on the management of  Accounts Payable processing and General Cashier.

The Sr. Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees, patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, and to detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations. He/she is also responsible for supporting the training and development of Security team members, as well as preparing, reviewing, and distributing incident reports in accordance with established procedures. 

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with established guest service standards.

The Banquet Houseperson in responsible for the set up, refresh, tear down and maintenance of all meeting space.

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division.  In the absence of the Director, the assistant will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.
