The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division. In the absence of the Director, the assistant will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.

The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

The role of the Busser is ensuring our guests receive a positive and memorable experience in our dining areas. This is accomplished by setting and clearing the tables, and assisting servers with table service to ensure guest satisfaction.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

The Bellperson is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.). Starting $15.00 p/h

The Luau Greeter is responsible for creating a memorable first impression to our luau guests. This position facilitates a great experience by promptly greeting and seating guests, while providing an orientation to the luau grounds and the evening’s events.

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and associates. They are also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of rules and regulations.
