The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Guest Relations Manager / Aloha Ambassador, (OEM) is responsible for assisiting the Guest Relations Manager while executing and monitoring the overall guest experiences, before, during and post stay. Maintain guest satisfaction by tracking and responding to guest emails and comments on social media and internal guest satisfaction index. Coordinate and execute other experiences to enhance the guest’s stay.

The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division. Responsible to the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering in partnership with the General Manager.
The Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.
The Pool Maintenance Tech is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all pools and related areas to the highest standard. He/she is also responsible for reporting all queries or concerns to the Pool Maintenance Supervisor /Water Treatment Manager to ensure proper maintenance according to the hotel’s standard.
The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.
The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Kitchen Steward/Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning operation in all Food and Beverage areas, and is also expected to to maintain an acceptable level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the Food and Beverage areas, in accordance with the Department of Environmental & Health Services.
The Bellperson is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
The Bell Captain is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Bell Staff including: helping guests into and out of the hotel, providing pick up and delivery of guest’s luggage, and providing delivery of items to guests as requested. He/she is also responsible for supervising and assisting with the check-in/check-out process, accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner; and directing and coordinating the activities of the Bell Staff.
