The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel.
The Sales/Catering Coordinator is responsible for clerical, administrative, marketing materials, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of Sales/Catering. He/she is also responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering division. In the absence of the Director, the assistant will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel as they relate to engineering.
The Personal Wellness Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and for providing current information about the wellness offerings, services, and facilities. He/she is also responsible for greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions for wellness facilities. The Personal Wellness Coordinator will be a point of contact for the guests to assist them in organizing & booking their wellness activities, dining experience, and building their itinerary prior to arriving to the resort. The Personal Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for selling the PWSS coaching sessions membership.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.

He/she is expected to provide training for all staff; meet corporate quality standards; and assist in establishing and enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. The Sous Chef is also responsible for controlling food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness.

The Lead Light and Sound manages, coordinates and executes all the technical elements of the Lights and Sound for the Luau Show stage production. The Light and Sound Manager will work under the Direction of the Luau Artistic Director and will be responsible for hiring, coordinating, coaching, counseling and supervising and directing the Lights and Sound Staff. The Lights and Sound Manager will work in conjunction with the Luau Stage Manager The Lead Light and Sound will also be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, supervising, and directing the Lights and Sound staff. This person is also be responsible for the set up and/or breakdown of the light and sound systems for the Luau Show.
The Luau Show Female Dancer will work under the supervision of the Luau Stage Manager and work in conjunction with the Luau Show Line captains to assist with the daily operations of the Luau Show. The Luau Show Female Dancer provides professional authentic Hawaiian/Polynesian songs, dances or skits, performances before, during and after the show. Provides excellent guest experience.
