The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections, as well as assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence. Applications will be accepted between 4/20/2026 through 5/30/2026. The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.

The Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Valet Attendants, and Overnight Valet.They are also responsible for the daily operation of Parking/Valet, as well as supervising the activities of motor vehicles, limousines and motor coaches and for ensuring that Highgate standards are upheld on a daily basis.

Responsible for dealing and/or operating an assigned Table Game in compliance with all applicable requirements of the policies and procedures prescribed in the Standard Operating procedures.

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitization and proper storage of all kitchen equipment, dishes, china, glass, silver, pots, pans, and cutlery, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
