The Host person is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.

The Barback is responsible for helping the bartender in the daily operation of the bar.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Sleep Wellness Coach will conduct virtual coaching sessions with guests/residents who are struggling with Sleep and wellness issues. The Sleep Wellness Coach will Provide individualized strategies(roadmap) to help guest overcome the problems they are struggling with and motivate guests to commit to lifestyle changes.

The Relaxation Wellness Coach will conduct virtual coaching sessions with guests/residents who are struggling with health, stress, and wellness issues.Provide individualized strategies(roadmap) to help guests overcome the problems they are struggling with and motivate guests to commit to lifestyle changes.

The Mindfulness Wellness Coach willConduct virtual coaching sessions with guests/residents who are struggling with health and wellness issue.Provide individualized strategies(roadmap) to help guest overcome the problems they are struggling with and Motivate guests to commit to lifestyle changes.

The Exercise Wellness Coach will conduct virtual coaching sessions with guests/residents who are struggling with Exercise and wellness issues.  The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.

The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Lead Cook is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items for Banquets and Employee Cafeteria, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Hotel Effie Guest Relations Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
