The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas, Business Center, Fitness Center, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, driveways, and any other public spaces. May also be required to complete special cleaning assignments and perform Room Attendant and House Attendant duties as necessary.
The Engineer, Level 1, is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
This position is two-fold, part-time Breakfast Attendant and part-time Room Attendant. Candidate will be trained to work in both departments.The Room Attendant will be servicing guest rooms, while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotelfollowing all of the Brand and CDC guidelines for cleanliness. The Breakfast Attendant or (Club Floor Attendant) is responsible for providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The club floor attendant is responsible for the set up and maintaining of the breakfast buffet while insuring that all breakfast tables are kept clean and presentable at all times.This is a part-time position, but could become full time if willing to cross train.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Valid Drivers License Required. The Bellperson is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Southernmost Beach Resort is currently offering a $500 sign-on Bonus upon completion of 90 days of employment.
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for proactively welcoming guests and providing anticipatory service. The Spa Coordinator will ensure proper scheduling of treatments to maximize the use of time within the treatment schedule while also providing personal recommendation related to menu offerings, retail products, and pricing.

The Audio Visual Technician is responsible for the setup and operation of audio and visual equipment for a variety of events and venues. The AV Tech role, requires excellent customer service skills, an understanding of audio and visual systems, and the ability to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

The job duties of this position include, but not limited to: Ensuring guest are driven to and from the airport in an efficient safe manner; assisting with customers’ belongings such as luggage, baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs; and provide driving directions and other information to guest. Constant radio contact with the Valet and Front Desk are a must to ensure efficient and reliable transportation as well as timely vehicle retrievals from the parking garage. Additionally, Drivers are responsible for maintaining shuttle maintenance and keeping them fueled and road worthy. Also, drivers must abide by all traffic and airport laws when driving and immediately reporting all incidents to the supervisor. The ability to work well independently, with minimal direct supervision will be required at times. After hire, associate will receive a $500 sign on bonus after completion of 30 days of employment.
The Outlet Pool Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

The Cook 1 Is responsible to assist in supervising and / or training all other cooks and Pantry. The Cook 1 is responsible for preparing all food, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
