The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Housekeeping Department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.

The Bus Person is responsible for assisting the servers in providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing operations to improve productivity and efficiency.

The Nutritional Wellness Coach will conduct virtual coaching sessions with guests/residents who are struggling with Nutritional and wellness issues. The Nutritional Wellness Coach will provide individualized strategies(roadmap) to help guest overcome the problems they are struggling with and motivate guests to commit to lifestyle changes.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. They are also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Barback is responsible for helping the bartender in the daily operation of the bar.
