The Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for clerical, administrative, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department including but not limited to payroll, schedule adjustments, special projects, and general F&B Office & Administrative efficiency. Additionally, the F&B Coordinator position will lead, funnel, and coordinate all Venue-related Sales’ inquires including but not limited to buyouts, partial buyouts, special events, general reservations and amenities. He/she is also responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Utlity House Attendant (On-Call) is responsible for maintaining Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas, Business Center, Fitness Center, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, driveways, and any other public spaces. May also be required to complete special cleaning assignments and perform Room Attendant and House Attendant duties as necessary.
The Pastry Cook 3 (Full-Time) is responsible for the preparation, production and baking of all products, including but not limited to: Danish, croissants, breakfast breads, muffins , buns, rolls, fillings, bread puddings, puff pastry, basic sauces and icings based on standardized recipes for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. Assist higher level pastry cooks when business requires.
The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and assisting in the quality of overall guest experience from pre-arrival, in-house and post-stay. He/she maintains guest satisfaction by tracking and responding to customer comments on social media and internal guest satisfaction index. He/she is responsible to create and execute guest activities to include cultural & kids programs, and activate lobby and pool areas. This position is also responsible for the execution of VIP service deliverables and acts as main contact throughout VIP’s stays. The Guest Experience Coordinator will also serve as a lobby ambassador and assist with guest communication of hotel services via letter, text, email, and face to face communication. Performs administration duties as needed.

This role involves assisting with front-of-house service, maintaining operational readiness, and performing administrative tasks as needed. The F&B Hospitality Associate plays a key role in upholding service standards and enhancing the overall guest experience. This is a physically active position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to transport and occasionally serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with hotel policies and legal regulations is required.
