As a Cook, you will hold a crucial position in our Pastry shop. You will work independently, under minimum supervision, and will be preparing delicious baking goods according to our recipes and plating specs which are so important for creating a memorable experience to our guests. You will be responsible for prepping, cooking and baking items, while supporting the Sous-Chef’s efforts to improve the general quality of products being prepared.

The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Housekeeping Department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels.

The Cocktail Server is expected to provide timely, courteous service with guest satisfaction as the primary goal.  They are responsible for promotion of specials and up selling.

The Personal Trainer is responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the fitness center through instruction and supervision of exercising guests including determining the relative fitness of the guest(s) and writing exercise prescriptions accordingly. He/she may also responsible for assisting with the instruction of group classes when necessary.
