The Food & Beverage Hospitality Associate provides direct support to the food and beverage team, ensuring smooth daily operations through guest engagement, service assistance, and organizational support. This role involves assisting with front-of-house service, maintaining operational readiness, and performing administrative tasks as needed. The F&B Hospitality Associate plays a key role in upholding service standards and enhancing the overall guest experience. This is a physically active position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to transport and occasionally serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with hotel policies and legal regulations is required.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).
The Bellperson is responsible for assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.
The Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher at Favorite Son is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
The Revenue Analyst is integral to the success of the Hotels’ Revenue Management team. The position will be responsible for the preparation of revenue reports that will assist the Complex Director of Revenue in implementing the Hotels’ yield strategies. In addition, the Complex Revenue Analyst will be required to review and analyze reports such as Demand 360, STR, Agency 360 and other measurement tools and present revenue opportunities for the hotels.
