What You Will LearnThis internship will provide hands-on exposure to the operational side of the hospitality business, including hotel performance, departmental coordination, service standards, financial reporting, and corporate operations support. The Club Floor Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality service possible to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation. The club floor attendant is responsible for the set up and maintaining of the breakfast buffet while insuring that all breakfast tables are kept clean and presentable at all times.

Being able to multi task is critical along with handling a very large work load. Time management is key is this role. He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting.
