The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas, Business Center, Fitness Center, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, driveways, and any other public spaces. The Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitization and proper storage of all kitchen equipment, dishes, china, glass, silver, pots, pans, and cutlery, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation. This position is in a banquet kitchen, and the schedule/hours vary based on the events taking place in the hotel. Nights and Weekend availability is required.

The Tournant is a versatile and skilled culinary team member responsible for preparing all food items across various kitchen outlets and banquet events in accordance with standardized recipes and real-time direction from the culinary leadership team. This position requires adaptability to work various stations (hot, cold, grill, fry, sauté), while upholding the highest standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety. The Tournant also assists in inventory, ordering, and maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen environment.
