The Residences and Owner Relations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Residences department, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of administrative and operational processes. This position serves as a primary point of contact for residence owners, delivering anticipatory, personalized, and detail-oriented service that reflects the property’s luxury standards. The Coordinator fosters strong owner relationships, ensures clear communication, and upholds an exceptional level of service and discretion at all times.

The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The Food Runner ensures timely delivery of orders so that food is the freshest it can be, resulting in high guest satisfaction. This position is also responsible for ensuring the order is accurate, in accordance to the Server's entry and aesthetically appealing. Food Runners will also assist with clearing tables after service and resetting. Strives to maintain health code standards of food handling.

He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The Safety & Security Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless environment for all guests, residents, and team members at E11EVEN Hotel & Residences. This position is responsible for maintaining a visible security presence throughout the property, proactively identifying and addressing potential safety hazards, and upholding the brand’s standards for protection and guest experience. The Officer conducts regular patrols, responds swiftly to incidents, and enforces hotel policies while delivering exceptional, service‑focused communication. This role is critical to safeguarding the wellbeing, privacy, and peace of mind of everyone on property. 

The Host person is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.

The  Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations.

The Public Area Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the overall look, feel, and cleanliness of E11EVEN Hotel & Residences by ensuring all public spaces consistently reflect Highgate standards and luxury brand expectations. This position is responsible for the care and presentation of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, fitness and business centers, restaurants, meeting spaces, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, and other shared guest areas. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property and may assist with special cleaning projects or provide support to Room Attendant and House Attendant functions as operational needs require.

The Guest Services Agent is a key ambassador of the E11EVEN Hotel & Residences experience, delivering a warm, confident, and efficient first and last impression for every guest. This role is responsible for providing attentive and personalized service throughout the guest journey from check‑in and stay support to departure, while maintaining accuracy, pace, and professionalism in a high‑energy luxury environment. Guest Services Agents actively contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel performance by anticipating needs, resolving requests with care, and supporting revenue and occupancy goals through informed, service‑driven interactions.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

The Minibar Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising and managing all minibar opeartions, while maintaining a profitable department and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

They are also responsible for assisting the Bar staff in keeping the bar organized for an efficient flow of service throughout their shift. In addition, the position supports the bar area and ensures the lobby market is consistently restocked, organized, and presented to standard.

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Guest Services Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
