The Public Area Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the overall look, feel, and cleanliness of E11EVEN Hotel & Residences by ensuring all public spaces consistently reflect Highgate standards and luxury brand expectations. This position is responsible for the care and presentation of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, fitness and business centers, restaurants, meeting spaces, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, and other shared guest areas.
