Night Guest Service Agent provides quality guest service to all our guests especially the late arrival guests; Performs both guest service agent and PBX operator duties as required; Closes the End-of-day process for Food and Beverage Point of Sale (POS) System; Reconciles all hotel cashier transactions; Reviews, organizes, and compiles reports on a timely basis and ensures accuracy of guest billings, account/package postings, and city ledger transactions.

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. The position is a leadership position that requires staff training, Training new hires, creating weekly schedules, managing the Suite Shop, and covering call outs. 

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees.  He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel’s rules and regulations.

The Outlet Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.

The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding and distributing all soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.

The Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for administrative, floor supervision, marketing materials, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of Food & Beverage.  The F&B Coordinator also responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests. The schedule for this position is primarily 3:30 pm - 12:00 am  –  Sunday through Thursday with flexibility.
